Amanda Harris,
RYT, is known for her passionate positive approach to life and all that
she does. Her teaching style offers a dynamic blend of classic vinyasa
yoga mixed with a true to life personal theme, allowing her students to
leave the class knowing a little more about themselves and their karmic
footprint on the world. Amanda’s intention is to share the practice of
yoga and meditation so that people from all ways of life can relate and
feel welcome. She offers this sacred practice in a non-conforming and
completely accepting way. If you have always thought, “that yoga stuff
is not for me”, then Amanda is the perfect teacher for you. The practice
itself is challenging yet still appropriate for beginners and
experienced practitioners alike. It will focus on physical vinyasas to
release toxins, breathing techniques to manage stress, and thought
provoking ideas to develop mental awareness. It is perfect for anyone
desiring the tools to live in balance with a centered mind while in a
fast paced modern lifestyle. Walk away with control of your mind and
experience the benefits of empowered control of your daily life.

Jessica Lohrey Cobb, RYT, first became aware
of yoga when she was a child, watching Lilias Folan on "Lilias, Yoga and
You" with her mother. Each event and experience in her life led her
further on the path toward yoga. There have been many mentors and
inspirational teachers along the way, including her parents. After a
life-changing motorcycle accident, Jessica's physical and spiritual
paths led her deeper into her yoga practice. Inspired by what she had
learned, Jessica decided to become a teacher and studied under lifelong
yoga practitioner, Mike Noury, at Yoga of India in Atlanta, Georgia. In
addition to her Iyengar-based teacher training, over the last decade
Jessica has studied various forms of yoga in the Krishnamacharya and
Sivananda lineages. Jessica continues to seek out new ways to experience
and teach yoga. She enjoys blending styles into a unique and
ever-changing yogic experience!
