Instructor Resumes
Beth Shelly, Certified Instructor, brings a
playful spirit and humorous energy to the yoga mat. As an athlete and
competitive sports enthusiast, Beth feels yoga is the most important
aspect of one's fitness regiment. After a sports injury Beth has
experienced, first hand, how yoga transforms the human body and spirit
as well as increasing performance. Additionally she draws on yoga’s
grounding and calming focus as a survival guide to raising two
teenagers. Beth holds a yoga teachers certification from North Raleigh
School of Yoga and will complete her 200 RYT in April. She has attended
countless workshops up and down the east coast in order to improve as a
yoga student and is very enthusiastic about sharing this knowledge with
as many friend as she can reach.
Kevin Flanigan, Certified Instructor,
teaches power yoga classes which are challenging and fun. They build
strength and suppleness in the body, promote detoxification, and reduce
stress. Students generally feel results after the first class. Kevin
teaches his students how to practice with grace, patience and awareness
so that students remain safe and have fun while challenging themselves
at their own level. He specializes in giving new students an informative
and comfortable place to begin mastery of yoga. |
