Richard Miller, clinical psychologist,
is best known for developing Integrative Restoration (iRest), a method of yoga
therapy developed for veterans with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). He
spoke to us about his work with military, the power of holistic healing, and
the science behind meditation.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) refers to a group of
lung diseases that block airflow as you exhale and make it increasingly
difficult for you to breathe.
Emphysema and chronic asthmatic bronchitis are the two main
conditions that make up COPD. Many people with COPD have both. In all cases,
damage to your airways eventually interferes with the exchange of oxygen and
carbon dioxide in your lungs.
