Detox and Retox! Detox with Yoga!  Where to Retox Afterwards on a budget?

Beginners are more than welcome at ALL classes offered by Charlotte Yoga Club (including levels 2-3) as our instructors are very used to teaching to multiple levels at once. However, below we've provided a guide as to the level of difficulty of each of the classes offered to help you decide where you'd like to start! Again, beginners are more than welcome to attend a 2-3 class as their first class. Simply let the instructor know before class that you are a beginner so that they can pay special attention to your form and practice!

Level 1: Beginners & All Levels Welcome (Beginners are those that have never taken a yoga class)

Level 2: Advanced Beginners & Intermediate (Advanced Beginners have taken at least 3 classes)

Level 3: Intermediate and Advanced (Intermediates are those that have taken 15 or more classes)
